    AdScale Co provides digital services and setup work, including AI Receptionist systems, Website & Funnel builds, Follow-Up Automation, and Lead Capture Systems. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for these B2B services.

    Deposits

    Deposits are non-refundable once onboarding, setup, or work has begun. If no work has started, refund requests may be made within 24 hours of payment.

    Services & Work Completed

    Due to the nature of digital services, completed or partially completed work is non-refundable.

    Subscription / Ongoing Services

    Monthly services can be canceled anytime. There are no refunds for already billed periods.

    Chargebacks

    Clients agree to contact AdScale Co before initiating a chargeback to attempt to resolve any issues first.
